The House

A house alive again.

Haus Jordans, a heritage townhouse from around 1800 in the old town of Neuss, stood long before we arrived. Quynh and Jörg Bünzel spent several years restoring it, keeping what the building had carried through its long history: its walls, its proportions, its sense of place.

When its doors opened again, neighbours passing by said what the founders had hoped to hear: the house is alive again. Every gathering since has added to its story.
