Our Story
A House of Presence,
Culture & Soul
La Maison Q.J.Bünzel is a boutique hospitality house and destination brand, rooted in Haus Jordan — an 18th-century heritage home in the heart of Neuss, Germany.
Located in the heart of the walkable Old Town of Neuss, just minutes from Düsseldorf and within reach of Köln/Bonn Airport, Haus Jordan stands as both a landmark of history and a symbol of renewal.
Its walls have witnessed centuries of change — and now, through La Maison, they open a new chapter of cultural dialogue and quiet refinement.
More than a building revived, it is a legacy reimagined — where the past breathes into the present, and the spirit of Haus Jordan lives on through design, hospitality, and human connection.
Here, Eastern sensibility meets Western structure — blending mindful rituals with contemporary living, and the art of slowing down with the rhythm of modern life.
La Maison redefines luxury as something personal and human — the feeling of being at ease, of being seen, and of coming home to yourself.
Every experience — whether a stay, a meal, a treatment, or a quiet conversation — is designed to restore presence and connection in a world that moves too fast.
A place where beauty returns to meaning, and every journey finds its way home.

The Heart of La Maison
The Founders — Quynh & Jörg Bünzel
Two worlds, one house — where East meets West, and presence becomes the quiet language of home.

Quynh Bünzel
Founder & Curator, La Maison Q.J.Bünzel
Born in Hanoi and shaped by life between Asia and Europe, Quynh embodies the meeting of cultures that defines La Maison.
Her path began in Corporate Social Responsibility and ethical fashion, where she explored how aesthetics and accountability can thrive together.
That foundation evolved through her work as a creative director and designer, curating interiors, beauty concepts, and wellness experiences that merge design, culture, and soul.
As co-founder and curator of La Maison, Quynh shapes the Maison’s philosophy of sustainable beauty and meaningful living— uniting craftsmanship, emotion, and cultural authenticity into every detail.
Her vision turns spaces into living stories — where hospitality becomes presence, and beauty returns to meaning.
Jörg Bünzel
Co-Founder & Mentor, La Maison Q.J.Bünzel
Born in Neuss, Germany, Jörg brings over 25 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
His career in strategic healthcare and organizational development has always centered on building systems that connect people, strengthen communities, and support long-term growth.
This perspective — shaped through years of global work — now informs the deeper architecture of La Maison.
At La Maison, Jörg serves as the strategic anchor and guiding hand, ensuring that the house grows with intention, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to human connection.
He oversees development, partnerships, and the long-term stewardship of Haus Jordan, helping transform the historic home into a living space where culture, design, and presence meet.
Together, they build more than a brand — they build a bridge.
A house where East meets West, where culture meets creation, and where true hospitality becomes
an act of presence — a place where every guest feels seen, connected, and at home.
